In an ocean of real estate agents, the only rational thing a seller can do is to get many appraisals and to rate agents against one’s criteria. While Lawrence scored comparably to others in the standard stuff such as “7+ experience” and “number of sales similar to our properties in the last 2 years”, he scored especially high in our “creativity” and “sense of care for local communities” columns. Indeed, he made his own AI driven price estimator, runs community bbq every year and supports local businesses (e.g. the local Mr whippy van!). We felt signing with someone like him would help us through the highs and lows of the house selling process. Indeed he did!
