We were fortunate enough to sell and buy with Sarah. We found our “dream house” but only had 2 weeks to sell our current house so we could attend auction. Sarah put 100% effort in and was there for us every step of the way. Sarah sold our house within a week and could not have been more supportive or reassuring during the journey. Seth was great from his first visit to the later communications giving us the occasional bad news , then better news , then in the end with news of a very successful sale. Yes he was one of the younger components of a very polished Karl Davis Team , yes with the smaller pair of Red Bands but he was full of knowledge and very aware of our wishes , whilst adding his valued experience . We always welcomed his visits with Team sale news , rugby or golf experiences which helped us through the sale process. All in all we were so pleased that Seth was around the corner with the helpful phone call on a very regular basis. We have had past experience with the Bayleys Team and fully recommend the contact from the whole KD Team from the girls in the office confirming visits with Seth or Karl and others. This real estate Sales process is a challenging experience BUT I HAVE TO STRESS , that this Team is a valued part of the process and worthy of always using. Many thanks to a Great Team.
