I found Warren and Tracey excellent to deal with, they have a good knowledge of the local real-estate market, both the current values, what is selling and what is not selling. When appraising my houses they did not try and BUY the listing by giving me un-realistic values. I have had very good comments relayed back to me from potential purchasers who said that Warren and Tracey were very professional to deal with. I even caught Warren vacuuming out one of my houses I was trying to sell, they do go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Warren and Tracey to any-one wanting to purchase or sell a house.
