Superb negotiator with excellent service

Jo was the best support we could have taken on in our sale and subsequent tricky purchase. She communicates clearly and promptly, with an excellent knowledge of the Hamilton and wider market. Her negotiation skills are top notch and she stepped in anytime she thought a vendor agent or auctioneer were overwhelming us! Jo is a lovely and caring person, who provides amazing support and coaching. Excellent communicators with great real-estate knowledge

I found Warren and Tracey excellent to deal with, they have a good knowledge of the local real-estate market, both the current values, what is selling and what is not selling. When appraising my houses they did not try and BUY the listing by giving me un-realistic values. I have had very good comments relayed back to me from potential purchasers who said that Warren and Tracey were very professional to deal with. I even caught Warren vacuuming out one of my houses I was trying to sell, they do go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Warren and Tracey to any-one wanting to purchase or sell a house.

Karl's knowledge of rural property in the area made him the obvious choice for us.

Karl and his team right from the start presented us with the marketing plan, and kept us informed every step of the way to get us on the market. During the sale period the team communicated all of the facts on the number of views and who had attended. There market knowledge is tremendous when it comes to rural properties, and the whole team acted extremely professionally. Karl's negotiating skills in this difficult market shone through getting us the best deal and allowing us to move on. I would highly recommend Karl to anyone looking to purchase a rural property in the Hauraki district.
