More than happy to recommend Cherry. She has now sold three properties for us. We re-engaged her because she is thorough in her work and pleasant to deal with. She knows the market well and can offer great insight into trends in the market. We missed the ‘high point’ selling a couple of times but that was due to our decision making. If you are considering selling your house I would advise discussing with Cherry well before you intend on hitting the market to help pick the right ‘moment’. If you need to sell now - Cherry is a great choice.

Eddie was clear and well versed in the Real Estate Marketing business. In the sale of house he was professional knowing exactly what we wanted and making sure we were communicated throughout the process always checking in to see whether we were on the right track. This is the 2nd sale we have had Eddie as the Agent and he has also assisted us in purchasing real estate. We wouldn't go anywhere else as he has proven to be indeed a professional in his field giving us all the options available to us given our situation. We appreciate his honesty and communication considering our current NZ market. We would happily recommend him to our friends and Family. God Bless Eddie thank you for your friendly professional support.

Cherry is a very professional and knowledgable agent! She communicated clearly and effectively throughout the whole process. She goes the extra mile without hesitation! She is very patient, kind and honest at all times. Cherry has taken the extra time to guide us step by step as first home buyers which we appreciated a lot. We were surprised to see that she bought us the most beautiful indoor plant (large) as a gift when we moved in! We highly recommend Cherry! Thank you once again, Cherry!

As a first-time seller of our beloved house, everything was not clear. Moreover, we urgently started to prepare to sell our house due to a sudden change in our circumstances. However, such uncertainty was changed with confidence and a clear view throughout the whole journey with Cherry. The process and communication were seamless and professional which led us to make the right decision as a result. We'd recommend Cherry to anyone. Thank you Cherry!

They also made us feel like auction day was an easy process and explained everything extremely well. We are so grateful for their help to purchase our dream home.
