Leila provided reassurance with her many years of experience, when I was unsure which sale method to choose but Zoe-Lou in particular was a superstar. I spent a lot of time researching which agent to go with, and from the moment  Zoe-Lou visited to appraise our house I knew I was in safe hands. She was patient in the face of my endless questions while knowledgeable and confident about buyers expectations and wants, both from a technical perspective but also an emotional one. She was exceptionally hard working and her enthusiasm was infectious. Our interactions were always genuine and honest and we instantly created a rapport. A usually stressful process became a breeze and critically we got the price we wanted in a very challenging market. From our first interaction it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Zoe Lou. We called after the Open Home closed but Zoe Lou generously offered to stay longer so we could view the home.
