Leila provided reassurance with her many years of experience, when I was unsure which sale method to choose but Zoe-Lou in particular was a superstar. I spent a lot of time researching which agent to go with, and from the moment  Zoe-Lou visited to appraise our house I knew I was in safe hands. She was patient in the face of my endless questions while knowledgeable and confident about buyers expectations and wants, both from a technical perspective but also an emotional one. She was exceptionally hard working and her enthusiasm was infectious. Our interactions were always genuine and honest and we instantly created a rapport.
