Di was recommended to us by friends and I’d recommend her to any one selling, especially those new to the process who need tips and contacts along the way. We felt safe in her hands. She guided us through every stage of the process; arranging staging, sorting a tradesperson to do all the final bits of DIY, recommending a solicitor who was excellent and keeping us informed at every stage of the open homes and sale process. We were disappointed not to get a buyer at Auction but she kept the campaign going and we sold within a few weeks of the auction, albeit at the lower end of the expected price range.
