When I first thought about selling my rural property of 30 years and moving into a retirement village nearer my family in Auckland, I was quite worried about the process and stress of doing it all. That was until I met Craig and Neil. They came out to meet me and took the time to go through the whole process with me so I could more easily understand what was involved, and immediately made me feel that they were the team I could trust to do the job for me, and leave it in their very capable hands. Once I had made my mind up to list my home, they were both very attentive to my wishes, even to the point of Neil driving from Waiuku over to the North Shore to get my brother to sight and co-sign the documents. They were both wonderful to me and certainly made selling my home as easy as it could be. They were very knowledgeable, honest, and up-front, and I was kept informed every step of the way. If I ever had any queries or thought about something I wanted to ask, there was always one of them available to talk me through my concerns. They were so helpful throughout the marketing campaign and afterwards, (Neil even repaired the handle on my frypan which had fallen off one morning shortly before they arrived!)
