Excellent Communication and Very Friendly.

Makes an effort to always answer my phone calls or calls me back fast ASAP. Very good market knowledge, learnt lots of things. Helped us buy a house for over 100k less than CV... excellent negotiation skills! Very professional, shakes hands every time, really friendly. Next time I buy/sell house definitely choosing him to be my agent!

Very Genuine person and a great communicator

Rohit came across as a very genuine person who actually listened to our needs and then responded with a perfect property that ticked all our boxes. What stood out with Rohit is that he was very honest and did not oversell a property as he did not sugarcoat things and told them as they were. He made the whole process very smooth for us with great communication. He let us take our time to make the final decision and did not force anything. I would recommend Rohit with 2 thumbs up as he is the best agent I have ever come across.

Hones and reliable

It was fantastic to deal with Rahul Khanna while we were searching for our property.
