We must’ve been to 6 open homes before we found the right one, and Jong stuck with us the whole way through, always quick to reply and never made us feel like a hassle. I had a fantastic experience working with Jong Lee. From our first meeting ,he was incredibly friendly ,honest and hardworking. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market,which gave me complete confidence throughout the process. Communication was excellent;he was always highly responsive, punctual and efficient. He is truly effective at what he does and managed to secure me a great deal.

Our initial query was sent in the evening and the very next morning Jong called me... very fast and efficiently. From there we proceeded with viewing the Property (which we ended up purchasing) on the same day... all within 24 hours! Jong did it all, he referred us to a Mortgage broker, and also to a Property lawyer. Jong also met us at the auction and basically guided us through the entire process. Jong kept us on our toes and made sure we were prepared for the steps ahead. We basically had to provide the information, but Jong found the right people for us and guided us to successfully purchasing the property. Even after the purchase, whenever we had a question, a simple call/text to Jong was always met with kindness and helpfulness. I highly recommend Jong for any future projects to anyone who needs.
