I was absolutely fortunate to buy my first home with Jill as the real estate agent. From the moment I first entered the property during an open home viewing, Jill was very professional and friendly, she was very knowledgable about the property and based on my interaction with Jill and knowing that this property was the one for me, I was very confident to make the offer at the vendor's asking price on the same day. As a first home buyer, Jill guided me through the process and made it a breeze for me. As the real estate agent, any questions that my solicitor or bank requested to know about the property were answered. She ensured that during the process of buying a home, she was available for the building inspection, property valuation and pre-settlement inspection which were done on time. What I liked about Jill was that she was honest and transparent and gave me some great tips on setting up the bedroom and living room. As a first home buyer, I would definitely recommend Jill, she was amazing to work with on purchasing my first home in an amazing suburb in Auckland.
