As buyers, we found Sara very helpful. Due to work commitments, we weren’t both able to attend and open home, so Sara arranged for an extra viewing. When showing us the property, Sara was great at answering questions and proactively disclosing matters of interest. She always offered to be available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Sara encouraged us to attend the auction and take an interest, although we never felt any pressure to do so and she also discussed the process and what to expect in advance. At the auction, Sara’s conduct as well as that of the other Barfoot & Thomson staff was very professional. She explained different scenarios and what different phases of the auction might mean. Although acting for the vendor, I felt that Sara did her best to look after the interests of all parties involved in the sale. She was very helpful and patient through the process. We found her pleasant to deal with and we would be most happy to recommend her to others looking to participate in the property market.

Sara just sold my house at a price over my expectation. she had a very strong relationship and network with other agents and potential buyers. during 3 weeks of open homes, I was surprised to see groups of buyers she brought. good communication and proactive response. We recently had the pleasure of working with Kelly to sell our property and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Kelly truly went above and beyond to let us rest assured of a smooth journey. From the initial meeting, Kelly impressed us with her in-depth knowledge of the market and a very well-prepared selling plan. She took the time to listen to our expectations and concerns, answered all the questions we had, and suggested several items to work on for a better presentation of the property. All those worked out very well and we were amazed by the marketing photos taken. Kelly always arrived early for open homes to welcome viewers with her wonderful personality and professionalism. Most open homes ran overtime because of the popularity and she was patient enough to have conversations with all the potential buyers and make sure they left with satisfaction. Kelly also made an effort to reach out to the viewers of nearby properties and encourage them to come for a visit which was greatly appreciated. Kelly's exceptional communication skills helped a lot during contract negotiations. We wouldn't be able to settle an agreement that quickly without her hard work communicating between different parties. Overall, we feel very fortunate to have Kelly for our first property sale and will surely work with her again in the future.
