Shortly after selecting Linda, we received a 36-page document that detailed everything we wanted/needed to know. Linda set us up with a private group using Messenger that kept everyone informed throughout the process including home open times, additional visits etc. We sent and received multiple messages from Linda daily and it allowed our family overseas to follow the process easily. Kerry is very experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. He was aware of the prices of homes sold in the close vicinity and gave great advice regarding the asking price for my property. He was also timely and very professional for the Open Homes, and the details reaped from the viewers, were passed on to me, as soon as he possibly could, and were very informative.
