Linda Teng is a fantastic brilliant agent, and works efficiently and tirelessly. She gave us professional advice on how to market and present our property. When our property on the market, Auckland suddenly got into Level 3 under Covid-19 pandemic, and my family was really worried about selling our property. Linda called us every day to make us feeling confident and comfortable about selling. She arranged very well the daily viewing under Covid-19 restriction, and just after one week later, she managed to get a very good pre auction offer for us, which was unbelievable. On auction day, we had many buyers attended our auction, and achieved an exceptional price than we expected. Without Linda’s hard work, we could not achieve such great result, and we are very grateful for what she had done for us. We would highly recommend Lind Teng to anyone who is thinking of selling, she is the gold! Regards Ling Lee

Kerry showed good market knowledge and marketing was carried out as per our agreement. The sale went through professionally without any issues. My only disappointment was that the auction was not successful. However, post-auction follow-up resulted in the sale of our property shortly after the auction.

Linda was our listing agent in selling our property in Albany in January 2021. She was always professional and effective with all the aspects of the sale. She organized a successful marketing campaign and was amazingly effective in her communications with all the parties involved in the transaction. In the end, she helped us achieve a satisfactory result at the Auction. She assisted with a smooth settlement after the sale. It was a very delightful experience to deal with Linda Teng and we wish more people would benefit from her rich experience and professionalism in real estate. Sincerely yours Carina Zhong

Kerry and April were very friendly, relaxed and always positive. Kerry was outstanding in keeping us up to date on open homes feed back, buyers interest and on the process after the sale was made through text messages, phone call and emails. They both gave excellent advice regarding staging of the property to present it at its best to obtain the sale. They are both experts in the property field and know the real estate market extremely well. I would recommend Kerry and April to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We recently decided to market our home, it was Linda who we turned to first, by reputation also being an honest, realistic and extremely hard working agent. In reality, she has proved to be all of this and more to the point of being what I would describe as being "tenacious" in fact, both in the marketing and pursuit of a sale of our property. As a communicator, her feedback could not be faulted, sometimes by the minute, hour, day and evening when the situation demanded a rapid response in respect to a prospective offer or sale. No stone was left unturned or inquiry left unfollowed in pursuit of a sale. Linda is also an attentive listener and manager and a very astute digester of personal opinion extended to her, her responses always sensitive and well considered and subtly rendered. Finally without going into detail, the marketing and sale of our property presented Linda with some challenges which she was up for, with suitable strategies to match at every twist and turn. We wish Linda a long and continued stellar career in the real estate industry without reservation. Nelson & Kim Phuong Bonetti from 21 Marquette Ave, Albany
