Linda recently assisted us to sell my mother’s house. Linda was very professional and well organised in marketing the house. She regularly communicated the progress with buyers’ interest. Her feedback was honest and helped us position the house in a rapidly changing market. We would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to sell their house and get a great outcome.

Thank you Linda once again for everything that she has done for us. Selling the family home after so many years wasn't easy, in part because of the complexity of the process and in part because it's an emotional time. She made it all so easy and straightforward, and we will be forever grateful for her kindness, patience, counsel, and of course diligence in getting the buyers to the auction! Thank you Linda and all the best! Inge and Ivan

After successfully finding our next home we engaged Linda in selling our current home. Her marketing efforts were tireless and she always gave feedback on open homes and viewings. Nothing was too much trouble during the marketing period. After not being successful at auction Linda immediately went to work and created a multiple offer situation and secured a satisfactory outcome for us. We are absolutely thrilled with Linda’s work effort and can not speak more highly about her. She is a credit to the Barfoot & Thompson Brand and we would not hesitate in recommending her to friends. Linda has a tremendous work ethic and she would be a valuable contact for anyone looking to buy or sell. Stephen and Christine Gyde.

On deciding to sell our property in Milford in December 2021 we engaged the services of Linda Teng of Barfoot and Thompson to manage the sale and marketing of it. We made this decision based on her successful sales in the area and her prominent profile as a real estate agent. She worked tirelessly on our behalf, managing several open homes as well as a number of private viewings and we appreciated the fact that she kept us well informed as the process developed. Her friendly and empathetic manner was truly helpful in a time that was inevitably stressful. She achieved a sales result that fulfilled our expectations and this was largely due to her professionalism, experience and hard work. We have no hesitation in recommending Linda and we wish her well in the future. MARTIN AND ADRIENNE GILLION

As long-term residents of the Brookfield subdivision in Albany, we have been privileged to frequently meet Linda Teng. Over several years we have watched her help and guide former neighbours with the sale of their properties. Thus, we had no hesitation in asking Linda to act for us when we decided it was our time to move on. Linda was the ultimate professional, providing a detailed outline of the process that would be followed, keeping us fully informed during the pre-auction period and then skilfully negotiating on our behalf within the actual auction process, achieving a fantastic result. We have no hesitation in recommending Linda as the ideal property sales consultant. Ann & Keith Gillespie

Kerry and April have a professional manner and have exceptional knowledge in all aspects of selling and buying homes. This excellent knowledge of the current real estate market gave us the best platform for selling our home, which they sold after only 4 days on the market. They were both always available for any questions and listened to all concerns we had and gave us honest and relevant feedback. This made the process of selling our home as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend Kerry and April if you are looking at buying or selling.
