Kerry and April were superb in their professionalism and all that was required by an agent to sell our house for us. Communication was excellent and always positive and encouraging. They were always calm, willing and available to anwer any queries we had. Information from open homes was always immediate and any queries from potential buyers was always followed up in a professional manner and never just past on to us to deal with. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the best agents we have ever used and would not hesitate to use them again.

Kerry and April are rare genuine people who truly want the best home for you, rather than just a sale.

As a prospective buyer I found Linda to be very welcoming and helpful at the open home, without being pushy. She followed up with us after the open home and was very responsive to answering questions and communicating with the Vendor as necessary, often responding to me within an hour and late in the evening. The finalisation of negotiations and agreement went smoothly, and she has continued to assist us beyond the date that the sale became unconditional. She is clearly very hard working and diligent

Kerry and April are hands down the best agents in the business; professional, courteous, reliable, pragmatic and helpful. There is a reason that Kerry and April have been in the real estate business for years. They helped us achieve a sale in the most challenging market in decades and were responsive and kind to my numerous communications. They were frank and delivered realistic news about the market when we needed to hear it. There was no unnecessary hype about the sale experience which was calm and well managed. I always recommend Kerry and April to anyone who asks, and would never use anyone else.

I couldn't have asked for anything more from my experience with Linda. Within 24 hours of making contact, she met with me and we decided on strategy. A week later, the house went to market, supported by a full set of marketing materials, an ambitious target, and a vigorous online campaign that made the most of her social media connections. Four days later, after the first weekend of Open Homes, the house sold for close to the asking price in a buyers' market where most sellers were having to make painful compromises. She negotiated a short conditional period and the house went unconditional only a week later. I was delighted. Linda was professional, sharp and very alert to the market. Her negotiating skills are excellent, and she was always, very visibly, on my side. The whole experience was painless and seamless, and made a potentially difficult time very straightforward indeed.

Linda was wonderful agent to work over the stressful time. We wanted to sell our current home in short period of time to buy our next home. There were number of tricky bits involved in the contemporaneous sale. Linda's professional advice & meticulous planning helped in achieving our goal without any fuss. We would recommend Linda for anyone selling or purchasing a house.

Deb and I would like to express our thanks to Linda Teng for helping us with our house purchase in Castor Bay. We had been looking for a long time and had many disappointments over the last 12 months trying to purchase a property. We have found Linda to be a very honest and reliable agent who worked very hard to get the deal done both for the property vendor and for us as the buyer. This is the third house we have transacted with Barfoot, twice as a seller and this time as a buyer. Barfoot’s is hands down the agency we would choose over any other agency based on previous experience with other real estate companies. Linda personally went above and beyond to assist us post sale with getting things organised with tradespeople to do work on the house post settlement which made the transition in much easier for us. Should we look to sell our property or have friends that were looking to buy or sell we would have no hesitation in knowing who we would turn to or recommend in our area, it would be Linda. Regards Scott and Deb Lawson

Linda was recommended to me by a previous neighbour who had used her services to sell her own house. That’s a recommendation I will not regret taking. From the start, I can see how well-prepared she is and how seriously she approaches her job. She is experienced, professional, hardworking, and tireless. She will do everything within her abilities to get the best results for her vendor. Having to sell in a slowing market, I was not optimistic about being able to sell my property, let alone at the price achieved. Her marketing strategy is perfectly planned and her judgement is right on the mark. Selling from overseas added an extra layer of complexity to the whole process, but Linda is very receptive to my endless questions and requests, guiding me through. Even after a successful auction, she continues to visit the property regularly, taking care of it in my absence until settlement. I cannot thank her enough for all that she had done for me. I would strongly recommend Linda Teng as a Sales Agent to anyone. Regards T. Loy
