In November 2022, having made the decision to sell our home in Wattle Downs, we engaged with Barfoot & Thompson sales partners Sue Matete and Owen Roberts. Sue and Owen were such a pleasure to deal with. They are an incredible highly skilled team to work with. We were kept fully informed and abreast of the marketplace at all times. Their communication style is very friendly, caring, open and honest. They were totally professional in every respect, throughout the campaign. Such an enjoyable zero -stress experience. We highly recommend Sue and Owen Thanks for the opportunity.

We chose Sue Matete as we knew she had been a top Salesperson in our area for many years. We found her to be far beyond anything we had heard about her and her reputation. She always went above and beyond with everything she did. As we were absentee owners she went of her own volition to check our house after heavy rain. She organized electrician and plumber visits and opened up the house for these trades people. We would highly recommend Sue for anyone wanting a wonderfully friendly, helpful trustworthy and honest person to sell their house for them.

We had wonderful service and help with our house sale and our new purchase. Sue was intouch as soon as any development or concerns. Nothing was any problem. Sue and Owen were the best agents we have used. To the viewing of our new property took 1 week from first viewed to move in. They helped make it happen to meet our needs.

Both Sue and Owen were extremely easy to work with, they new the market well and although I was not in the area a great deal of the time we were able to work on line and by text quite easily. Being on my own they were able to understand my situation and made it very easy for me, I found them to be extremely kind.

I highly recommend Lloyd to any vendor wishing to sell their property! He’s enthusiastic, honest & reliable. Lloyd went out of his way to organise Homestagers & his communication was outstanding. Look no further if you’re thinking of selling. Lloyd is your man, I cannot speak highly of him as our agent.

Lloyd was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. While maintaining a highly professional attitude, he has a warm, personable nature and outstanding communication skills. He shows a great knowledge of the market and a willingness to go the extra mile. As a first home buyer, I can't thank him enough for his efforts in assisting this process and am thrilled to have my own home at last, after many years renting. Highly recommend Lloyd for his professionalism and and a genuine desire to do his very best for his clients.

We were very stoked with our experience with Aman. He did a great job negotiating us to our required sale price in a tough market and ability to rent whilst building…even gave us a ride to the airport. Was a smooth experience for first time sellers and would highly recommend as he does go above and beyond.

Gurpreet and Fiona definitely went the extra mile by helping us deal with some very difficult purchasers who wanted to negotiate a last-minute price reduction on spurious grounds. The sale would have been a lot more stressful otherwise. I would certainly use them again if I was selling a property in this area.
