During the stressful pre sale periods they offered numerous pieces of advice that paid off and were happy to help with anything to ensure our questions and importantly our buyers questions were answered. They had very good knowledge of Waiata Shores sales and the wider area including what had sold, what was avaliable and the set up of different places to assess the competition in the market and price points.
The house presentation and attention to detail in the set up, photos and videos were incredible showing the property at it's best.
Lastly the Auction process - We were nervous! Having sold with Owen and Sue before but not during an auction we did not know what to expect but they talked us through the scenarios, and what to expect and were still working hard on the day to ensure success.
