Lloyd was highly accurate in his estimation of the value of our property. This was especially important given our government CV was not at all reflective of the actual value. We appreciated his open approach - he was able to try a strategy and then adjust quickly depending on buyer/market feedback. We appreciate the prompt actions and timeline you had to work to, to achieve a fabulous result in two weeks. Owen & Sue are truely the best - honest, professional as well as fun. Their communication was regular, informative and a summary sent each week of discussions. During the stressful pre sale periods they offered numerous pieces of advice that paid off and were happy to help with anything to ensure our questions and importantly our buyers questions were answered. They had very good knowledge of Waiata Shores sales and the wider area including what had sold, what was avaliable and the set up of different places to assess the competition in the market and price points. The house presentation and attention to detail in the set up, photos and videos were incredible showing the property at it's best. Lastly the Auction process - We were nervous! Having sold with Owen and Sue before but not during an auction we did not know what to expect but they talked us through the scenarios, and what to expect and were still working hard on the day to ensure success.
