Lloyd was highly accurate in his estimation of the value of our property. This was especially important given our government CV was not at all reflective of the actual value. We appreciated his open approach - he was able to try a strategy and then adjust quickly depending on buyer/market feedback. We felt that Lloyd was honest and a genuinely nice guy - very pleasant to deal with compared with many Salespeople we have dealt with in the past.
