We found Sue and Owen to be very Knowledgeable and Professional at all times when dealing with them. We found them to be very open minded and helpful, when guiding us through the processes. We found their knowledge and guidance immeasurable, especially when deciding what was a fair price to be selling in this market, also their advice on what was a realistic offer. We would definitely highly recommend them to anyone that requires help to sell their home. We would highly recommend them to anyone who nee

In a tough Auckland market Sue & Owen were persistent in their efforts to get our house sold with a looming relocation deadline. We are really grateful for their combined wealth of experience, wise words, patience and humour as they worked through the process with my husband and I. The benefit of technology enabled us to host calls & sign documents with my husband who had already relocated to the south island. Nothing was too much trouble. Their local knowledge of experienced trades people also meant we could quickly repair any faults to make sure our home was in the best condition to be able to achieve the maximum sales outcome. We would recommend Sue & Owen to anyone looking to sell.

Owen and Sue are honest and understanding standing agents, who communicated well throughout the selling process. We always knew where we stood as vendors, with clear feedback from potential buyers and realistic price valuations and expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Lloyd is the agent our family trust. He is easy to deal with in person and on the phone. Lloyd kept us updated on everything. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Gave us valuable advice on the property and held our hands throughout the process.

I first met Sue 11 years ago when she sold me my current home in Wattle Downs. As a buyer I found her to be very professional and a joy to deal with. Sue's knowledge of all things real estate in our area in particular is second to none. During my time in Wattle Downs Sue (a local herself) has played a very active part in community activities, sponsoring numerous neighbourhood events, and organising others herself. In the intervening years I have had family who bought and sold via the more recent 'team' of Sue and Owen and as expected they had just the most seamless experience. Now that it's time for me to move on, Sue and Owen have effected the sale of my home in their usual organised, helpful and friendly manner that made the whole process virtually stress free. Thanks very much guys. I would recommend you both to anyone, and frequently do!

Lloyd recently assisted us with the sale of a property in what was a slow and difficult vendors market. It was somewhat of a long haul however Lloyd's patience and perseverance paid off resulting in a sale and good outcome for us.

2022 has been a difficult market for selling property and particularly with a property that was in need of a cosmetic revamp. Sue & Owen worked hard to keep me up to date with the ever changing market and were committed to keeping the momentum going in a downward buyers market. The communication was excellent and they are both approachable and knowledgeable in the local area. They both worked hard to entice buyers and the property sold in a multi offer situation.

I found both Sue and Owen to be extremely helpful ,down to earth and freindly, I couldn't have asked for a better team to get my house on the market and sold, I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to sell or buy in today's housing market.

What an awesome team Sue Matete and Owen Roberts were to work with. Nothing was ever too much for them to do for us, and we asked a lot of them. Everything was done professionally, personally and with purposeful thought to get our house sold. I have and definitely would recommend them!
