We found that Nadja and Meegan tackled the selling process in a very positive way, arranging all the advertising and staging promptly and efficiently making the whole process very easy for my brother and I and all in a delightful manner. The sales process started on a Wednesday, signs up on Friday, first pre-auction offer on the Friday, open home on Sunday and the auction set up for Tuesday afternoon all with a lot of behind the scenes activity contacting prospective purchasers and open home visitors. The Tuesday night auction was conducted in a very professional manner with Nadja and Meegan actively working with the bidders assisted by other Barfoots Mairangi Bay people. The end result was a sale which I think all present thought unbelievable in today's climate. We as a family want to thank Nadja, Meegan and all the Barfoots Mairangi Bay people for their efforts on our behalf and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any seller.

Nothing is ever to big or small for Kristina. She was great at the follow through/up. Her attitude is very positive and I feel she has done the best for both me and her seller. I can't recommend her enough, she really knows her business. Kristina made me feel that I was the most important customer and she was very easy to talk to. Nadja is the Super Model Super Star of selling property on the shore. She always has the nicest and best-looking houses for sale somehow. Nadja’s marketing and advertising always looks fantastic. I think it’s the knack she has of knowing what a good property looks like and sorting the vendor out first to make sure they do the work to make the property look good and turn the house into a home to be envied. Nadja has the full array of systems and procedures to ensure a smooth sale and together with greatsupport from her assistant Meegan, owners are well looked after. Nadja works relentlessly with even the most difficult of buyers to get them across the line, negotiating, finding solutions and managing to keep everyone happy. I highly recommend her for the work she did in selling my house in a timely manner and for the right price.
