We chose Nadia due to her extensive knowledge of the housing market in Mairangi Bay. Nadia was very professional with interacting with us, although her initial valuation was somewhat higher than that advised by the full Barfoot and Thompson team. However, Karen and I felt that the settlement price was about right. It is hard to believe that we started negotiations with her 12 months ago. Although the strawberries offered to us on settlement would be past their best, we are sure that the bottle of "bubbly" would still be drinkable and we would be pleased to receive it.
