Over the years, we have asked Debby and her husband Matt to be our agents on many occasions. Debby has incredible knowledge, tremendous energy and is totally honest. We trusted her opinion at all stages of the sale and auction. On this occasion, by hard work and the ability to get buyers enthusiastic, at the auction she had not one, not two, but quite a large number of bidders for our property - even a telephone bidder being handled by her husband Matt. During the auction she was constantly on the move talking to possible bidders to the extent that a very satisfactory result was obtained despite the poor market.

We were selling our rental property in Auckland to release funds for our retirement. Being based in Taupo added to potential problems during the sale. We put the property on the market before the tenant moved out. Nicki handled this situation with great aplomb without upsetting the tenant and at the same time getting potential purchasers through during open homes. The property passed unsold at auction but with Nicki's guidance we set a realistic market price and advertised it as such. My wife and I were delighted that we achieved our asking price without negotiation! Unrealistic opportunistic offers were given short shrift. Nicki's communication skills are excellent, never an email unanswered and telephone calls always returned promptly. Nicki went the extra mile helping tidy up a couple of property issues on site which for us was great being based in Taupo. Clare and I are delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending her to potential clients.
