She was easy to work with, and was very flexible around our family’s needs and requirements for selling the property. Regular follow ups and updates were given to us through the selling process, also making a plan and timeline with us for getting the house market ready beforehand. Always accommodating our awkward schedules, as well as spearheading the sale while we were overseas, his communication never faltered even with difficult time-zone differences to work with. We listed very quickly, and sold at auction even faster in just 9 days thanks to Joe. There was clearly interest in the house, but Joe was able to turn this into real bidders in the room, making sure every enquiry was responded to and every potential buyer was included in the auction that was brought forward. Testimonial: Nadja Court I live in Scotland but found myself owning a house in New Zealand which I needed to sell. With no family or friends in NZ my needs from an estate agent were going to be potentially more than the normal demands and so it was important that I found someone prepared to go above and beyond ordinary duties. Barfoot and Thompson emerged as the front agency runner from the performance information I was able to see online and, within that company, Nadja Court’s excellent performance and success was clearly evidenced. However the personal touch is also important, so Nadja helpfully made herself available for a long telephone conversation (there’s a challenging time difference!) and on the basis of all that information I decided to engage her services. I have had no reason to be disappointed. Nadja set up a WhatsApp group to ease communication. Lika DeVito, one of her colleagues, was involved and organised a great cleaner for the house and someone to remove the unwanted “stuff”. Both made themselves available out of hours to keep me informed of progress, giving me feedback on viewings etc. It transpired that the house required a lot of work so was not an easy sale. However Nadja worked incredibly hard to deliver innumerable viewers. She also held my hand as I struggled with the concept and practice of an auction, not common in Scotland, and helped steady my nerves as we got near the big day. My husband and I were able to watch the auction on line and were astonished that Nadja had managed to deliver seven bidders at the auction. To my surprised an excellent price was achieved. After 11 years in our large North Shore home, we recently decided to undertake a change of lifestyle and approached (interviewed!) a number of real estate agents who had proven records of selling high-end properties in this area, choosing Nadja Court. Nadja quickly presented & arranged the Marketing Campaign, with the appointed Photographer, Videographer & Floor Plan drawer all of great quality, sharing & asking for our comment at each step to ensure we were in agreement. To whom it may concern , I listed my Auckland home for sale as I have moved to Wanaka to live . My property was in a good street in Murray's Bay however it had a few building concerns and a tenant that had a new young baby . It's not an easy ask to sell in a very tough market and work through all the property issues . Nadja's advice was invaluable to help solve the issues, she organised multiple quotes and tradesman to assist me so I could have buyers for Auction .
