Nadja’s reputation precedes her and as we had a difficult house to sell – we only wanted Nadja to sell it. Our house was made of plaster and had no CCC and our section, although it was quarter of an acre, was not a straightforward development site. Nadja breezed in and was so enthusiastic, seeing all the positives to our place. The perceived difficulties did not faze her – she was up for the challenge. Nadja marketed our place very positively and the photos that were taken highlighted it’s features, making it look like a beautiful resort in Fiji. We trusted Nadja’s expertise as she took it to auction. We only had three half hour open homes, but it was enough to capture lots of interest, many groups came through and Nadja gave us feedback after each one, keeping us always in the loop.
