Choosing Robin Liu to be our agent was already decided before his presentation. He had been knocking on our door for years. Cold calling is not an easy thing to do. I find that Robin is a very determined and professional person. Both Jacky Lu and Robin were very considerate of our situation. Jacky especially went out of his way to help us get our property ready and even did the things he was not expected to. On auction day, it wasn't easy as there were so few bidders. Robin did all he could to negotiate and encourage the bidder. Thank you, Robin and Jacky for your hard work.

13/5/2024 To Whom It May Concern Dear Sir/Madam We own a property at 9 Kaseng Place East Tamaki Heights, Auckland which was rarely used over the last 10 years as we purchased a property in Hamilton and lived there mostly. Liza met an old friend Kelly Li from 14 years ago that worked as Receptionist in Botany Chinatown. She is now Sales Agent at Barfoot Thompson and very interested in viewing our property. Suggestion by Kelly was to sell all furniture and renovate house by Landscape garden, Wash roof, paint outside and Inside, New Carpets, new bathroom cabinets, toilets. I would not be able to do this as I am very ill and unable to travel to Auckland to arrange for Contractors to do this work. Kelly offered to get all work done as she knows a lot of good Contractors that has done work previously for her. Quotes were obtained and I chose the most suitable ones. Agreements were signed digitally. Work commenced Feb and completed early April. Then Auction held on 30th April. Only one bidder but many lookers. Kelly managed to keep pursuing other interested parties and after spending 7 days a week working after hours has managed to secure an Agreement and now waiting for settlement. She has always kept me updated on progress even 11pm at night. We are thoroughly satisfied with effort she has made and have no hesitation in recommending her for any Seller or Purchaser. No knowledge of estate in probate. I feel he over promised and under delivered and had he been honest and realistic initially I would have chosen another real estate moreexperienced in my personal circumstances. The property was sold at the end of the day but below expectations due to hype.
