[May 24] Firstly he understood our needs and what we needed to do to move onto the next opportunity in our lives and why we wanted to do that. So ultimately the goal we wanted to achieve. This was really important to us and he understood that. He is very down to earth and such a great person to deal with and communicate with. Always prompt in his responses. He always worked with our best interests at heart whilst balancing the expectations of the purchaser. He has brought the two together seamlessly and has made the entire experience easy to manage. If not some what almost "fun" whilst feeling the pressure of the situation. We have had a few laughs along the way ! Selling a house is never easier let's be honest - It's your home, your pets are there, it can be hugely invasive, whilst you bare your most precious space with people you don't really know. With Robin's instruction his team were also courteous and respectful whilst the house was on the market. This is to also be commended.
