I was in a difficult situation in March last year with the sudden loss of my wife of 50 plus years and a four bedroom house, big garden and a pool. Too much for one person to look after and all the other things that go with that situation. Anne-Marie was empathetic and incredibly understanding. All the details were taken care of with minimal input from myself. The sale took longer than expected because as we all know these are difficult times. Anne- Marie was always positive and helpful. We put our home on the market in what (in hindsight) was probably the worst time from a marketing and economic climate point of view. Both Robin and Richard at no point appeared panicked and we all went through the dreadful Open Home Process for a number of weeks, with very little attendance and in some cases none to our absolute horror.
