With the help of Steve and Helen, we were fortunate to successfully sell it at a price that met our expectations within just over a month, even in today's sluggish market. Steve was very professional, providing us with a lot of selling experience and expertly managing the pace of negotiations with the buyers. Helen was very meticulous, giving us plenty of advice during the staging process, and her excellent language skills (fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese) greatly optimized communication with different buyer groups. Even in the current market conditions, they never pushed us to make any decisions we were uncomfortable with, fully respecting our wishes and feelings, and did their utmost to meet our expectations. Robin Liu, and his associate Richard Qu, of Barfoot and Thompson, Howick, successfully marketed and sold our family home at tender in a depressed market for a price much higher than we could have ever envisaged. We accepted this offer nine days after our listing went live! On both counts this was an outstanding and astounding result for us! This highly successful outcome for us was due not just to the professionalism of Robin and Richard but also their tenacity. We accepted an offer five days after going live but this pair continued to promote our property in the pre-tender phase and a further four days later, we settled for an amount considerably higher than we had initially accepted. The best decision we made in the process of selling our property was engaging Robin as our agent. We feel so fortunate to have done so.
