For me trust is everything when it comes time to realise an asset in an ever-changing marketplace. I choose Dutch again to provide the expertise when selling my investment property in Te Atatu. Though this was out of his regular territory, it became an obivous choice to trust Dutch again when comparing against other agents in the radius of the property. Caveat Emptor! Again with the proper communication and enthusiam, Dutch listened to what my needs were and we came up with the right plan to get the required outcome. The property was listed and sold in just over two weeks. The lifecycle of 6 weeks from engagement to settlement was acheived with the help of Dutch and his team. We have just sold via auction, in what appears to be a turning market. Andre and team proved a great choice to manage this process, particularly in resolving issues raised by potential buyers. He is solution-focussed. His knowledge of the local market and understanding of sales strategies proved very beneficial, in particular, receiving his free and regular local sales updates. The Barfoot & Thompson sales model is very sound, as it broadens the scope for other salespeople (and clients) to participate in the process. A great outcome.
