As Dutch has been an agent for some time now he has amassed a wide range of market knowledge and was happy to share some with me when I asked. Dutch communicated with me clearly and succinctly. Occasionally he had to repeat himself but it was always given pleasantly and politely. At the auction he bid for me, as requested, and was cool, calm and confident. (I was very nervous.)

Selling for the first time in 34 years and for the very first time at auction, had the potential to be overwhelming.
