I meet Rachel at a property the day before it went to auction. She was incredibly flexible with making herself available to show me around within a hour of calling her, and then meet me again that evening with my support crew. Rachel sent through all documentation on the spot which I was able to forward to the relevant parties for approval. We had a number of questions that Rachel either answered straight away, and those she was unsure of she reached out the vendor and got an answer almost instantaneously. At the auction Rachel greeted me, and when the bidding was getting intense she came and stood with me. Her ability to get to know me and then her support at the auction, all within 24 hours of meeting and viewing the property, was outstanding and far exceeded any expectations I had.
