I'm impressed how well he knew his vendor and his situation. He listens and knew I was a potential buyer, however, the price was the deciding factor. He has good communication skills, good market knowledge too, so able to convince vendor to lower the price in such buyer's market, therefore, a quick sale concluded, making both vendor and myself happy. After taking possession of the new townhouse, I had to contact him on few occassions, he is still glad to be of help. Awesome agent. Definitely recommend to friends.
