As always Mike is a true professional, from the outset he advises on what to expect throughout the process. He is very thorough, organised and methodical and ensures you are comfortable with each decision before being taken. He is incredibly patient with all the questions we had. Jessie and James are a great team. Jessie has a lot of experience to call on and a background in law so is extremely knowledgable and so willing help. The moment I saw James walk in for an open home and saw him bend over to pick up a small piece of bark that was on my pathway I knew we had the right team working for us. Even when times got hard for us and we got grumpy, the team were there for us and guided us through the process as calmly and professionally as you could wish for. I can't thank Jessie and James enough and HIGHLY recommend them.
