Well informed purchase
My first impression is I never have to think too hard about the information Nicholette gave me. She has been very honest, modest and well mannered. I feel so comfortable talking to Nicholette every single time and very confident with my decision. She has been very helpful and prompt with my specific questions and never pushed me at all. Ultimately, I bought a house that all of my family love and we never look back! I would highly recommend Nicholette and Special agent team for anyone who is interested in Puhutukawa Coast properties.

Top notch agent and service
In a hot market our house should have been an easy sell. Prevailing economic conditions and a somewhat unusual house design meant that wasn't the case. Clare went the extra mile with multiple open homes and private viewings until she finally found our buyer and worked with them and us to close the deal. Her upbeat demeanour and positive approach ensured the right outcome for us. It would be unfair however not to recognise the strength and depth of the other members of the B&T Special Agents 003 team of Ian, Jenny and Nicolette since they too played their part in the successful sale of our home.
