In a hot market our house should have been an easy sell. Prevailing economic conditions and a somewhat unusual house design meant that wasn't the case. Clare went the extra mile with multiple open homes and private viewings until she finally found our buyer and worked with them and us to close the deal. Nicolette did a great job assisting with the sale of a vacant property that presented a few unique challenges. The property had some complexities including its undefined future development potential, which made it tricky to market. Despite this, Nicolette and her agency were able to attract solid interest, resulting in a couple of offers. While the process took a bit longer than expected, the property ultimately sold, and I appreciated her persistence and professionalism throughout.
