Selling a section is definitely different from selling a home buyers really need to use their imagination to visualise the final product. Matthew and his team went above and beyond from the marketing of our section to taking potential buyers to view no matter what the weather threw at them. The communication was 10/10 we were always updated in detail and never felt out of the loop. Suggestions were made on maintaining the section and were appreciated to support the sale of the section. I owned a property which I could only live in for limited periods, and which I needed to sell, and I also wanted a property I could live in for an extended period. Ian helped me to understand the market for both selling and buying here in NZ for which I am very grateful. In particular Ian drew my attention to certain facts about properties of a certain date which might require additional investment to address certain structural problems, which I was unaware of.
