Jessie and James are a great team. Jessie has a lot of experience to call on and a background in law so is extremely knowledgable and so willing help. The moment I saw James walk in for an open home and saw him bend over to pick up a small piece of bark that was on my pathway I knew we had the right team working for us. Even when times got hard for us and we got grumpy, the team were there for us and guided us through the process as calmly and professionally as you could wish for. Right from our first meeting with Jenny in our home until the SOLD sticker was placed on the sign outside, Jenny was bright, positive, efficient and instilled in us the confidence that we had a beautiful home that would sell. She explained the selling process clearly, answered our questions promptly and the process went smoothly, according to the plan we were given. Especially useful was the Whatsapp group set up to enable easy communication between us and our Barfoot team. We felt that no question was too small.
