We weee on the hunt for a new property after Nicolette had sold our house. Our criteria was very specific on what we were looking for and we were not in a hurry until the right place came up. After many many phone calls and being viewings of different properties it was only a matter of time till the right one came up. Well there was one phone call and all she had to say was I’ve found it for you and we need to get you through it. After about 5 viewings ( that’s the patient part) we finally started the negotiations. That’s the helpful and patient part as we went back and forward with different options. In the end the deal was done and some ungodly time of the night. Nicolette was able to get the timing spot on with the seller so we could move straight in. She and the 003 were the best!
