From the first contact Anna set the 'mark' for professionalism in Real Estate expectations. Anna was upfront and very clear in the outline for the sale of our house. She supported her proposed plan with market history and went further by comparing other sold properties to ours, validating the expected sale price range for our house. Clear communication channels were set up such that we could contact Anna at anytime...and would receive a response within a day. With Anna's knowledge and empathy for customer relations we knew our house was with the 'right' real estate agent. We rang Wayne Jackson and asked if we could view the homes he was advertising, as we did for other agencies. Meeting up with Wayne I found him to be positive, a real switched on salesman with a very good knowledge of the house selling business. Wayne showed us a number of homes in Kawerau and finally we placed an offer on the property in 4 Cobham Drive. Kawerau. Our offer was accepted, so we purchased the property at a very reasonable price with Wayne working with us in guidance. I’ve just been through my 12th house sale and working with Anna and Jen was the most enjoyable and easiest so far. I had bought my last house through Anna and it was a very obvious decision to engage her to sell it. Anna is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process, and gets on with it with a lot of style and without any fuss.
