Kim was great to deal with straight away. We had been thinking of doing another move and then that did not work. My Husband found our home an we called Kim straight away, then that afternoon and we were able to view the home, which we have now purchased. Kim was only a phone call away through the whole process. Nothing was a worry. If you're new to purchasing or just want a professional Agent, then Kim is great. The most impressive part was our final viewing. Kim was so thorough and got us to check everything, as it was important to her that we were happy, we needed one thing done which she organised and the seller had it sorted the next day. It was a great process with her and the stress was nil, as Kim owned it all the way through to make sure it was pleasant. The day the sale went through, we dealt with Kim all day, until we took the keys over.

Selling property is not something most of us do every day, this is the 4th house sale for myself and I can hands down say Kim has been the best by far. From the very start of this process Kim has been the consummate professional taking us through the process and explaining the different package options. Selling a house with an elderly Father in it, whilst we are living in Australia could have been challenging, however Kim worked in with my Father to organise open homes and potential buyer visits, keeping us in the loop with weekly reports and regular phone contact. When we came to getting some final information after the LIMS report she personally went to our aircon supplier to get the compliance certificate and went to council for us to get details about the fireplace. This is not the actions of a normal agent, this is someone who sees people as individuals and goes above and beyond. Thanks to Kim my father is now able to come out to Australia to be nearer to us, I could not recommend her more highly.
