Rachel was responsive and had amazing market knowledge and was a reassuring sound board when discussing offers and any issues that arose. While Rachel was great in her role and showed her experience with selling houses we did note that Nigel was not as experienced on the marketing and talking to buyers aspect. Nigel was a great person but his communication was sub par in some instances and also lacked the finer details and intuition that was shown when Rachel performed the open homes.
