Mr Jackson is always punctual and on time for every home viewing. He dressed himself neatly and professionally, smiles genuinely and without fail greets me to make me feel my presence was important. He never ever pressures me to make any decisions. I always consult with him for his expertise in the property markets. Whenever I request for referrals for trades people, Mr Jackson is never bias as he recommends a few of the best people in the trade to the best of his knowledge. I am so PLEASE with all the properties that I have bought through Mr Jackson. The properties I bought are good quality properties with good returns too. He assisted with the negotiations of all the properties I bought and at the end of the day, the final prices are always within my expectations, a win-win situation for the vendor and purchaser. I will only consult with Mr Jackson in the property markets in the Eastern Bay of Plenty and I will not deal with those “cowboys” in this area. I am still in the market to purchase a few more residential investment properties and I will only buy through Mr Jackson and no one else. This was welcome because I like to know what to look for and I didn't want to waste time viewing a property that I would find that I didn't want to purchase. At a time when the market was on the downturn, changing unfavourably for the vendors, Wayne still managed to successfully sell my house within four days of launching on the market. He went against all odds and listened to what price I wanted for the sale of my home. I had a beautiful, immaculately presented house to sell and Wayne did not endeavour to talk me into selling it cheaper because the market was trending that way. He was willing to put everything on the line, listened, and did not undermine how I wanted to market my place for its true value. Overall the the sale was executed speedily, transactions went smoothly and both vendor and buyers were pleased with the outcome. I would certainly, and have done so since the sale of my home, recommend Wayne as a sales agent. He is polite, courteous and eager to help.
