Andrew and the team at Arizto made the task of selling our house a breeze. As first time sellers, the support we got from Andrew was amazing and made us feel at ease and confident throughout the journey. What we particularly appreciated was Andrew’s responsiveness and honesty at every step- we really felt that we could trust Andrew and his expertise (something we couldn’t say of the other agencies we spoke with). We couldn’t recommend Andrew and Arizto enough!

Wendy was experienced about the Sales procedure and gave me confidence to accept her suggestions. her recommendation of a Staging program and a provider was the making of achieving our goal. Communications were prompt and clear as this was the first time selling with an agent on fixed price It was a easy procedure and I would not hesitate to recommend both her and the company to anyone. Thanks

Rawinia was amazing. there were a lot of queries that arose from buyers and she was fast to communicate with us as sellers and to suggest solutions. It was comforting knowing she had our interest at heart and she worked to get us exactly the amount we wanted.

After purchasing the house through Wendy, she was the obvious choice for me to sell it again. Wendy was an absolute pleasure to work with, making the experience of selling my first home straightforward, enjoyable and faster than I initially thought. Wendy was transparent and offered great knowledge around market pricing, working with the best conditions to suit our sale as well as efficiency in getting the process moving swiftly and onto the market within a quick timeframe which, for me was important. She understood my needs and met them. A very satisfying experience and sale. Highly recommended.

Wendy made what I had envisaged would be a stressful experience into something that was so well managed by her that it was virtually stress free. We discussed and agreed how the house would be marketed and viewed in our first meeting. From there everything was so easy as each step was done digitally through the Arizto website. With her many years of knowledge working in real estate Wendy brought genuine purchasers for viewings and an agreement was signed within 3 days from the first viewing. Thanks so much Wendy for all your support and guidance through this process.

Scott was very professional & responsive, good knowledge of the process and how to get the most for his clients without over spending. Honest and dedicated. Achieved great result for us I dont think anyone else could have done better. Arizto are all digital making the process so much easier/transparent/less time consuming! The sales dash is great with records of visitors & feedback. Documents were all signed by multi parties quickly and easily online! Photographs & type were a bit ‘budget’ but to be expected with such a great rate

Wendy is a down to earth person with a wonderful relaxing manner and soothed my concerns of selling within minutes and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She also proved that she has extensive knowledge of the Housing Markets with how she listed my property and arranged viewing to get the best possible price she could for me. If I ever decide to sell again I will not hesitate to use Wendy.
