Rawinia recently sold our property in Avondale in four days? Available all times of the day, which is very helpful when trying to work full time around selling a house. I would highly recommend Rawinia and Te Rere to sell your house.

Scott had researched the local market well and advised us where in the market price bracket our home would sell. Scott is a warm person who acts very professional and responds quickly and effectively to clients needs. Scott is diligent and an excellent communicator. We have recommended Scott to all our friends and neighbours and anyone who was and is interested in selling their home.

We saw a house we loved and messaged Raewyn. She was actually on her way to the property and invited us for a viewing. By 8pm we'd made an offer and had it accepted after a short multi-offer period. I really liked the ease of having the online sale & purchase platform, which made it easy for us to make our offer being in two different places. We had one slight road bump along they way which couldn't be helped and Raewyn made sure to contact us as soon as she was aware. All in all a great experience for us as the First time we've purchased via an agent.

Mike was fantastic to work with. Knowledgable and personable - I found Mike both positive and realistic in his feedback and advice. Would recommend him for someone else going through the house selling process. Thank you Mike!

TR marketed the property well across several mediums with impressive photos. Communication and professionalism were very good in keeping me informed. The only criticism I had was not monitoring the purchaser's contractors when I allowed them access before settlement to start renovations and I subsequently found several items damaged after they left.

We are exceptionally pleased with the service and the result of the recent sale of our Katikati property using Vance Bibby and Arizto to facilitate the process. Vance is the consummate real estate agent. He has impressive relational skills; he gave us extremely accurate advice and analysis of the changing real estate market in Katikati - and he took us through the process from start to finish with great professionalism, attention to detail and good humour. He selected the best auctioneer we could hope for and got us a result that exceeded our expectations. Vance and Aristo represent the cutting edge and new reality in real estate in this country. Exceptional value for money with professional service second to none. We would recommend Vance Bibby to anyone who is looking for the best real estate agent in town!
