Nicole was the agent for the 70 Union Road- a 7-townhouse project. She did a fantastic job - sold all the townhouses at the worst time of the New Zealand Real Estate market. We listed on Mar 15th, right before the level 4 lock down which was on Mar 24th. Nicole sold 2 of them in the first week straight away which was a great start. However, the market fully changed overnight upon the Level 4 lockdown. 4 weeks level 4 plus 2 weeks level 3 and more, for over 6 weeks, there was no enquiry at all - the market was completely dead and everybody was speculating. But still, Nicole turned it around - she grabbed all the possible leads and sold all the other 5 townhouse in the next two months by herself. That was an unbelievable and amazing job. we sincerely appreciated all the efforts from Nicole and highly recommend her to other developers. She is professional, patient and more importantly, persistent and definitely the agent we want to get the houses sold at the best prices. Plus Arizto just charges 10K+GST listing fee which is a great save for vendors.

After 3 months of open homes with another agency and several low ball offers that the previous agent tried to convince me to accept. On the first weekend Nicole gave me 3 offers, all above the last agents, Nicole then negotiated one offer to cash, and the house was sold. I should have given her the listing from the start and saved myself a whole lot of false promises and BS. I paid her a bonus because she was worth it.

Nicole have sound knowledge of the property she is promoting, and is able to give comparison to similar property in the neighbourhood. She goes the extra mile to obtain the previous property report from the vendor to support her verbal assertion about the property, when she realise that we were unable to complete this due diligence due to time constraints. She was able to clarify on subjects from the property documentations that we were unfamiliar. She is gentle but persistent without being pushy. Her written communication is prompt and concise to the point. She only resolved to voice calling when it is urgent and the need to clarify.

It was indeed the wisest decision to hire Nicole as our listing agent. Besides being a joy to work with, Nicole has exceptional knowledge of the real estate market. She is the person who goes the extra miles and resulted in greater productivity, and a great SOLD of course! I am sure she would be an excellent listing agent for you as well with her brilliance and brightness.
