Richard was truly superb and outstanding to work with. Most would believe that a realtor is on the vendors side, and never the buyers and if this was the rule, Richard would be the exception without jeopardising the best interests of the vendors. Richard was very professional yet easy going, great with touching base and following up yet not over-bearing or pushy. I really appreciated his can-do attitude - the number of times he responded with "leave with me and..." and then he would work his magic. He really made the whole process of purchasing really smooth and easy, and made it enjoyable which is another valuable trait of his. Overall just a really pleasant person to deal with, and I couldn't recommend him enough, and I would definitely be having him onboard when either selling or purchasing next time round. Richie and his team were nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process of listing and selling our home. The professionalism was gold class, right from the initial appraisal, through to sticking on the sold stickers today! We really appreciated the frank advice on what needed to be done before listing the property. At the time it seemed like a bit of a mission, but to make sure the home was presented at its best was clearly a key part of the process.
