Lin is the best agent in NZ. She and her team had great communication with us (vendor) and constantly kept us informed throughout all stages of the sale/auction process. She was always happy to answer any questions or issues we had and did so very quickly. In the end, she was able to negotiate us a very reasonable offer for our house and ultimately we got even more than expected at auction.
