Process followed
Mark was clear about the process to be followed with multiple offers eventually being in play. the sallowed me to up my original offer of the price required as per the advert. Cleary Mark knows the area and was very helpful with advice on who to talk to. I am new to Paihia so this knowledge was valuable. His offer to help with any logistics, since I am remote in Eastbourne, was thoughtful and I will probably take up that offer. The process ran smoothly and I am looking forward to moving up to Northland probably in October.
