Mark is not a pushy guy. He is measured and determined to get you the best results. He was always available to discuss questions, provide helpful information, and checked in regularly to see how things were going. He was available for all viewings and be forewarned he is fussy. This is a great trait as he wants you to present your property in the best way possible and will nudge you to do that. He is creative with his ideas and willing to try something different to make your property stand out amongst the many on the market. I felt the service was personal and tailored. He gets to know you as well as the bricks and mortar and genuinely tries to reduce time wasters. He will negotiate for you and he does not let the buyers (or potential) railroad you. He has recently started ZOOM but has many years of Real Estate experience. So, he cares a lot because he also wants his company to succeed. This is beneficial to his clients.
