Mark Woolley was helpful and upbeat but he always listened well. Times were hard with little on the market when I was looking - yet Mark didn’t try to persuade me about anything. He showed me my present home twice at my request and the second time I could see so much potential which has almost been realised already. I’m thrilled! Mark is well informed, quick with info emails and inspired confidence. His renewing a French door lock for free rated highly in my books. Mark was recommended to us by friends after he sold their house. We were wanting to sell a tenanted house in Kerikeri, and he impressed us by listening to our concerns about the tenants, and working with them really well, recommending a marketing strategy, and getting a good price for the house, that we were happy with. He put together some great photos, an excellent description of the property, and made the paperwork particularly easy for us. I would thoroughly recommend him as a competent and knowledgeable agent.... his fees are pretty good too!!

Mark was amazing! I've missed out on houses because of bad real estate agents and I got the house I'm in thanks to Mark being a good one! I am so glad I chose Mark to sell my property over any of the other Estate Agents. He presented a thorough appraisal and his fees are extremely fair without exorbitant advertising costs. He gave 100% to selling the property going above and beyond what was required of him. He listened and made suggestions on how to present and sell the property. Mark is honest, thoughtful and caring.
