We first heard about Mark and Zoom RA from an acquaintance of ours who moved into the area and it was Mark who oversaw the sale / purchase of their property. We also noticed Zoom RA's growing presence in the local real estate market so we made the initial contact and knew fairly quickly Mark was who we wanted to work with. We were intrigued by the Openn platform and with Mark's fairly thorough presentation of how the platform worked, we gave it a go. Mark gave us some ideas on projects around the house that might improve the prospects of a sale which we took on board and though we spent a bit on improvements, we were delighted with the outcome of the sale and we believe the new purchaser shares a similar sentiment. If we had any niggling questions about the process, Mark responded almost immediately and clarified any of our concerns or thoughts. With every viewing (and there were a lot!), Mark provided feedback to us on how the viewing went as well as considering if the interest in the property might lead to potential bidding through the Openn platform. We couldn't help but notice the considerable hours Mark put into viewings and marketing our property - he is an incredibly hard worker who we feel takes immense intrinsic satisfaction in finalising the sale and purchase of properties. We have already told Mark we will be in touch when the time comes to sell the property of one of our family members AND we have made certain our family, closest friends and acquaintances use Zoom RA to sell their properties.
