I found Steve's communication great. He constantly updated us throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to help us prepare our house for sale and showed enthusiasm which made us feel positive about the sale. He was realistic about the sale price and helped us realise that the market wasn't what we expected and helped us get a suitable price for our house.
